1. Role of Leigh Experience

Leigh Experience acts as an intermediary between the client and various tourism service providers (operators, hotels, airlines, transfers, insurance, among others).

Each service is provided by external suppliers, who are responsible for its proper execution.

2. Reservations and Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• To secure a spot, an initial or full payment will be required depending on the type of program.
• Final confirmation will be sent in writing once the corresponding payment has been received.

3. Payments

• Prices may be expressed in Chilean pesos or foreign currency.
• For payments in foreign currency, the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment will apply.
• Failure to pay within the established deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

4. Modifications

• Any modification requested by the client is subject to availability and possible additional charges.
• Changes in dates, names, or services may incur penalties according to the provider's conditions.

5. Cancellations and Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation conditions depend on each operator or provider.
• In most cases, payments are non-refundable or subject to progressive penalties.
• Leigh Experience will inform the client in advance of the specific conditions applicable to each program before purchase.

6. Liability

• Leigh Experience is not responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, losses, or damages caused by external providers.
• Nor is it responsible for force majeure situations such as weather conditions, social conflicts, government decisions, or events beyond its control.

7. Passenger Documentation

• It is the passenger's responsibility to have a valid passport, visas, vaccines, or other requirements demanded by the destination country.
• Leigh Experience may provide guidance, but is not responsible for non-compliance in this regard.

8. Travel Insurance

• It is recommended to purchase travel insurance covering medical assistance, cancellations, and contingencies.
• This service can be arranged through Leigh Experience.
