Leigh Experience is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, itinerary modifications, losses, damages, or any situation arising from the provision of services by third parties, including force majeure cases such as weather conditions, health situations, social conflicts, or government decisions.
Payment and Reservation Policy
All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Reservations are only considered confirmed once the corresponding payment has been made and formal written confirmation has been sent by Leigh Experience.
Prices may be expressed in Chilean pesos or foreign currency. For payments in foreign currency, the exchange rate in effect at the time of payment will apply.
Leigh Experience does not guarantee service availability without prior payment.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on each provider and will be communicated to the client before purchase confirmation.
In most cases, payments are non-refundable or subject to penalties.
In case of passenger no-show, there will be no right to a refund.
Passenger Responsibility
It is the passenger's responsibility to have all necessary documentation to travel, including a valid passport, visas, special permits, and health requirements demanded by the destination country.
Leigh Experience may provide guidance in this regard, but is not responsible for non-compliance.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the contracting of services through Leigh Experience shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
Acceptance of Conditions
By purchasing services through Leigh Experience, the client declares to have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and policies described herein.
